
As requested by from RETROVOLVER, a tapas menu was elaborated for the launch last February of the KLING SPRING 2014 fashion collection. There were 2 conditions, no smelly kitchen and no greasy fingers.
- Green tapenade with almonds
– Black tapenade with marinated ognions
– Caviar d’aubergine
– Ricotta with dried tomatoes and scarmozza
– Humus
